Good morning guys...
Please help me with this..
I want to simulate the solar cell on the HSPICE, with the given voltage of 0.5v and 15uA.
solar cell outputs will be inputted into the charge pump to elevate the voltage to maybe around 4v and then stored to a battery.

Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Thank you very much.

There was a thread about this a while ago but I cannot find it now. Anyway, this Intusoft news letter has details of what to do:

You need to understand what the modelling is doing and adjust the components to suit your solar cell - the ones in the newsletter are for a large series connected solar panel.

this is a good reference, keith..
thank you very much for this...
