you need to get datasheet of the ferrite........few softwares will know what ferrite you use..so they wont be able to assess your core losses.
Generally...make sure
1...dont saturate
2....dont overheat core with core loss
3....use enough strands to avoid skin effect problems
4....Proximity effect.....be mindful of it
