Software tools for Atmel MARC4

hi,
did anybody worked with this 4bit-cpu already? is there any chance to get the software tools for free to evaluate them? there is very little information about the tools on atmels homepage or at least i wasn't able to find much.

If you really want to use a 4 bit microcontroller is better use the NEC uPD75X family, is very powerful and simple to use with an architecture similar to Intel family of microcontroller.
Today the use of 4 bit microcontroller is falling because the 8 bit price is very low.

thanks for your advice. im looking for a cpu which draws almost no power. i will use the sucker for a portable application.
