i need a software to draw the VLSI layout , or convert the digital circuits to its vlsi

layout and layers

can any one help me

there is IC station by mentor graphics
but it needs to be installed on Linux or Unix machines
 

check microwind out. that may help you
 

Electric (freeware) is also a good starting kit for educational purpose.

Do you want software to design or just to see a IC layout.

In the later case you are looking for a GDS-II viewer
 

I agree with Salma. If you want to make your integrated circuits`layout , IC Station it`s the best
 

You can use Microwind, i put it in the software section in this page. Is very good.
