i have require a pcb designing software which a large amount of milion components
like c945 or c1815 transistors,LA4440 ICS ,AND TDA2030 OR TDA2040 IC and their connections

Buy altium designer software or download Eagle software.

i have eagle 6.5v but some components r not like TDA2030 C945 AND LA4440 IC OR more components

No PCB design tool has ready-made libraries for all electronic components on the market, you better learn how to setup your own library components.

yes...better you design your own libraries according to datasheet dimensions.

Was it "milion components" or should it have been "million components" i.e. 1,000,000 ish lol

Doing footprints is a fundamental part of PCB design, its like learning to walk before you run...Learn how to make component footprints, understand why they are what they are, why the pads are a certain size etc...Its the basics of PCB design, if you cant do footprints then you are not going to design boards that are any good....

i would recommend libraries to you. there are a lot of libraries and manuals you can use. also user-libraries where you will find your components

If you're looking to design a single board then don't buy Altium, but request a 30 days full trial. That's enough to design your board and get it manufactured.
