Hi,

I need help to understand what is doing the transformer and stray inductance in this schematic:

**broken link removed**

the AN of this circuit can be found in there:
https://www.ornl.gov/~webworks/cppr/y2001/pres/113909.pdf

My source is 72V and the maximum voltage of mosfet is 100V, with this small difference i have afraid burn mosfet whit more inductance in circuit.

Can you help me design this snubber circuit?

regards
