Dear All,

I need help on softstarting circuit for a three phase bridge rectifier with R-C load. The typical load is around 3kW.
Is there any NTC which such high capacity. Initially I am thinking of some passive mechanism with minimum loss. Kindly suggest reference designs or appnotes for the same thanking you.
