Snubber Circuit Design SMPS

Hi,
I was designing a SMPS but don't know how to determine the value rc snubber (marked in red)
also what is the purpose of the diode(marked in green)

Hi,

As in your other thread you don't show effort on your own:

A simple internet search "diode in mosfet gate" gives the answer. First hit shows an example circuit with perfect small explanation.
There are thousands of other good hits, even videos.
