I do not know, but if you can find a pin equivalent or highly
similar Linear Tech part then LTSpice is your friend. You can
also go to Freescale or On Semi (don't know who got custody
of that part, when Motorola split up) and look for SPICE models.
But LTSpice runs a lot faster when you use their macromodels.
