thank you, I came across a nice component (TNY254) with your post, send the schematic you have wired and details of feedback you applied without that infomation no body can give appropriate solution
I just want to use the smps transformer and design a new smps with same rating with discreet components as regular ch ina mobile charger with high rating components.
