Smartphone camera module

Hello everyone.
I have a question about smartphones camera modules .
Do they can be somehow soldered to an AV cable and connected to a TV .
I'm asking this because time ago i buy from those "spy shops" a mini hidden camera which was very similar visually to the smartphone camera module . It has AV cables for video and audio and a cable for power supply. Thats why im asking if this can be transformed into mini spy camera at home , not to buy it .

Smartphone camera modules produce a digital stream, AV inputs on a TV need an analog stream so it can't be directly connected. You can do it with an interface between them but it is something you would have to develop yourself and you would need the full camera specification to do that - not a trivial task!
