Hi
I want to communicate with a laundry smart card by sending and receiving data. Can somebody please explain what I would need to do to first establish a connection?
i have laundry card it has a sim card on it look like 8 gold plate sim not sure if that help but how can i find more info on what type it is and how can i read and write to this car i have a
Rocketek DOD Military USB Smart Card Reader / CAC Common Access Card Reader Writer for SD, Micro SD, M2, SIM Card & Smart Cards / RT-SCR9
i tried multi programs they all say they cant connect to the card they can receive ATR from the card unresponsive is the issue hardware or software
any help would be much appreciated
