Does anyone have any suggestion for a Small Microcontroller Eval board with an inbuilt ADC and have input port to the ADC? If you know it's available from any supplier, please suggest it. Thank you.

ADC preferred spec:

16 bit
the sampling rate of more than 40ksps

Even if your ADC doesn't meet the above spec, you can still suggest it because your suggestion might lead me to find the right ADC.

A very long time ago I worked with the Cypress PsOC CY8 family, which meet your requirements.
Nowardays there may be much more options from other manfucatures, of course.

The board to consider, if you do not need tons of I/O, PSOC 5LP, $ 15.

Whats in the SOC chip (its routable onchip) -

The 20 bit Delsig A/D good for 48KSPS at 16 bits

PSOC Creator, it and compiler free,

The newer PSOC 6 family (dual core) largely uses MODBUS.
