Salam,

Is there any small circuit that encode the video signal using any simple tech. such "Supressed Sync"

Thanks
SphinX

I've have made a lot of time ago a circuit that inverted every other line so that the whole impression was that the image was blurry. It was very simple (a cmos flip-flop,an electronic switch and an one-transistor inverting amplifier/buffer).
The particular circuit I forgot but it was easy to design.

use lm1881 sync. separator

If you want some thing simple you can search in g00gle and you will find many circuits , also you can use the lm1881 which gives you Vsync and Hsync that gives you good control on your video signal .
If you want some thing more professional you can use some thing like this h**p://www.conexant.com/servlets/DownloadServlet/100541b.pdf?FileId=34
