Hi All,

I am trying to size the devices in a bandgap voltage reference circuit.
Can anybody please help me understand how should i go about it? What should be my approach?

Also i am unable to understand the affect of change of W/L ratio on MOS parameters, as in what all parameters change? Does Vds also change with change in W/L and how?

Thanks
