Singular point of fingerprint

Hi everyone,
Can any body tell me how to find singular point of a fingerprint ?
I tried to find according to

But after calculating reliability how i will get singular point.


I also tried **broken link removed**.
But in 3.1 when i am trying to calculate G i am getting 0 always.

Can any one guide me to calculate the singular point correctly ?
