Sine wave generator that generates various frequencies

i need an IC that can generate sine wave whith different frequency range
i need it in range of mega HZ
and i can change the the frequency easily
i need it as a carrier

Try the MAX038. It is a waves generator until 20MHz.

i searched for mac038 but i didn't find it in my country
is there any ic instead of max038

To the range about 1 GHz I don't know if there is a specific IC to do this work.
Maybe you will find a PLL ICs that can generate waves till this frequency.

use a dds chip (from analog devices), the freq is 1ghz max.
AD9833: 12.5Mhz max.
sample is free from analog.
