phase detector simulink

Hi, I need to build simulink model of PFD wich is combination of two edge-triggered flip-flops and an AND gate...I´m new in this,so I don´t really know where to start...;-)
Can someone help me???
 

Hi... I was wondering if you have found solution to that problem? I have same assignment, and just like you, I'm not sure where to start.. Can you help me? Thanks a lot...
