[SOLVED] simulation using TSMC cmosp18.5.2 (Diode) Cadence

I am trying to model an nwdio diode in which I have only the area known. IS there a way of obtaining the capacitance value, I keep getting an error when I try to use the the diode model in the cmosp18 kit. I am not sure what to .scs file to include for it.

Any suggestion will be welcomed. Thanls

I'd suggest that you show the error message -- and the Spectre code which tries to call the nwdio model.
If you don't know where to find the model, search the .scs files for it: In the directory with the .scs files, (in a Linux or UNIX terminal) type:
