i have been using proteus for simulations like H-Bridge controlled with MCU, but it did not consider any transient or spike.
plz tell me any software which can be used to see the transient response of the H-bridge .?

Not sure about Proteus, but you can consider PSPICE as an option for this task once employ natively an extensive parameter set for modeling components on its library, becoming a relatively accurate result.

you should try Multisim by NI(National Instruments) it supports microcontrollers and the monte carlo simulation I guess will do the task for you..

You can replace Micro-Controller by equivalent stimulus sources in your simulation circuit. I guess your goal it to simulate the initial transients and for that you do not need complete micro-controller in simulation. Capture complete power circuit and use Pulse source or Stimulus to drive the gate of power switches. This may be simple but effective way to simulate your circuit in PSpice or any other Spice tool
