simulation in cadence ( TSMC 18rf - 0.18um )

hi
I have problem with cadence ( TSMC 18rf - 0.18um ) because every time when run transient analyze in my designed "tow transconductance stage with negative feedback coupling in output for increscent current value " give different result.
help me please.
