Simulation Duration Setting in Liberty NCX ...

Salaam everybody.

Is there anyone who knows that in library generation with Liberty NCX, how simulation duration of cells could be set ?
In my runs, unfortunately the simulations are ended before measurement output obtaines and i need to lengthen simulation till all measurments of cell specs obtain but i do not know how could i lengthen the simulation durations in Liberty NCX.

The simulation stop time that is determined by Liberty NCX is based on an
equation that uses clk_width as the variable.

So if the default simulation stop time is short, you can increase it by
increasing the value of clk_width. The default value of clk_width is 1 ns.

Is there any ability to characterize the memories with Liberty NCX?
