Which is the simplest electronics circuit drawing software which can save the circuit in the image(jpeg) format?

Don't save a circuit in JPEG format - it's a large file to upload and the detail is blurred. Save it in GIF format.

.gif or .png are non-lossy and compact.

Any decent graphics program will let you alt-PrScrn, paste
image, save-as. You want a big enough screen resolution
for it to be legible, of course.

There pdf to graphics converters out there, and you could
use the native print/plot capability of any tool, plus some
PDF writer (CutePDF), plus the converter, to get the output
in a graphics-file form.

eagle cad.. but as other said use .png or .gif format
