How can i make a simple sine wave or triangular wave circuit.

I need a time constant of 4 seconds...minimum

I cant use inductors,I am looking for an RC type generator.

please suggest me a method.
 

This may do the job:



You would probably use 33 or 47 uF capacitors and change the resistor values as necessary.

The potentiometer adjustment is critical. Too much resistance makes oscillations fade. Too low causes your sinewaves to grow in amplitude until they get clipped at the supply V.

Don't know if there's a way to obtain more stable operation.
