where does B+ originate from in a tv set??. Is it from the regulator ic or from the flyback?? and where do i test to find this B+??

If I am not wrong, I read that the B+ comes from the Battery positive connector/pole used in old vacuum tubes/valve operated equipment (radios).

Also, the B+ comes from old power supplies that is connected to the vacuum tubes plate.

B+ is generated while the battery of the TV set is discharging and B+ is distinguishable only when that battery is connected to some vacuum tube or
capacitive medium directly.
