PMOS DIFFERENTIAL PAIR

Can anyone give me information about an OPAMP with a pmos differential pair?
I need it to work with low imput voltage.

Thanks

PMOS DIFFERENTIAL PAIR

Almost no difference with NMOS diff pair. A folded cascode can be used for 1st stage of low voltage application.

Re: PMOS DIFFERENTIAL PAIR

If it is a folded amplifier with pmos input, then the cascading deivces are nmos, which menas higher gm, ft, and better phase margin.
