Does anyone come across to simple designer software from circuit diagrams to either pcb or stripboard. There are several which I came across but most of them are not so easy. I use multisim and convert to netlist (*.net), which is not accepted by most of the softwares. Please let me know the simplest available.

Have you tried ExpressPCB? I find it most simple to draw PCBs. It has both schematic and PCB designer. And you can download it for free from their official website. You can use "Robot Room Copper Connections" in parallel with this software if you like to generate gerber files. (Copper Connection is not free)

I use KiCad and gEDA. Both are open source, free, very easy to use and have huge community for support.

thanks for this. I tried both of them.

If you want to use stripboard then look for the old package stripboard magic.

You draw a circuit and it designs the stripboard layout.
