Simple OFDM Code <Help Pls>

Hello Everyone,
I have written this MATLAB code for a simple convolutionally coded OFDM system with qpsk and over a rayleigh fading channel. The problem I have however is I do not get the desired BER plot for the code.

Can someone please tell me where I have gone wrong in this code?

(without downloading your code) verify that you are transmitting bits for Monte Carlo analysis for BER
