I fried my LiPo battery charger by momentary reverse connecting the 3S battery balancing battery connector to the the circuit. I'm pretty sure I fried either a Mosfet/Jfet or transistor that switches on a the circuit board relay. Anyways this three lead device in a SOT-23 package has the markings AOO7. Does anyone here know what this device is ? Here's a Macro picture of it. The PCB label for it is Q2 and you can see it on the lower right hand side.

Here's the complete PCB:

The circuit is based on a switching regulator MC34063 that takes 12 Volts in. I'd like to know what I can replace this AOO7 with. I've scoured the web for this code but have found nothing.

Q_ parts are generally transistors, which is bolstered by seeing that it's a 3-pin device. Sadly, from the packaging code, there is little to no chance of figuring out the real part number. Your best bet is to contact the board manufacturer and ask them to help you identify the part. Depending on who you talk to (ask for a person with technical background on this product), they will sometimes help you with a simple request like that. Or, hit google for a schematic of the board. You never know, someone may just have a copy posted somewhere.
