Simple electronic scale that can measure 0-200g with 5g resolution

Is there a low cost compact straightforward circuit that can measure 0-200g with 5g resolution?

Quick google search shows this method: https://www.homemade-circuits.com/2011/12/how-to-make-simple-electronic-weighing.html (too messy from a mechanical perspective)

Load cells are not inexpensive.

There's lots of these cheap load cells from Asia. All you need is a simple wheatstone circuit.
