SIM900A gsm module is switching off automatically.

Dear friends,

I use SIM900A in my project.My problem is once i switch on the GSM module using POWER KEY,it will be on for 1 or 2 minutes but after this GSM module is switching off automatically...
Please help....

Are you pulling down the voltage for 2-3 sec or just pulling it for a long time?

I am pulling it only for 3 seconds and releasing it.... Gsm module will be working for 1 or 2 minutes but after that it just switches off....
