SIM300 GSM module and character 16X2 LCD

Hi,
I have interfaced SIM300 module to the R8C27 microcontroller, and i also interfaced GPS and 16X2 character LCD to the same controller, but sometimes wn i powerup the board, the microcontroller is getting Hangged.. i used reset circuit and tried reset IC also but its of no use... so can anyone help me how can i solve this issue...

I feel only the LCD is the main problem... the LCD what i used id JHD162A

may be crystal oscillator problem
