I draw a 3D structure using devedit3d then I mesh infile the sructure into deckbuild and I want to get the small signal AC response of the structure.I set the needed parameters but the result is always 'NaN found in CGS' and I did all I can to resolve the problem but they all failed.Can anyone give me some instructions?
