silvaco atlas signal segv
Hello everyone. As part of a device simulation using the ATLAS simulator in Silvaco, I am trying to model a tunneling contact. The ATLAS manual says that I need to add the "e.tunnel" parameter in the "contact" statement, however doing so causes the simulation to abort, returning the message "process interrupted by signal segv". This problem has occurred in more than one simulation. Does anyone have any ideas regarding how to fix this?
