Silvaco TCAD permission denied in Tonyplot

Hi I am new to Silvaco. I am trying to play around with built-in examples from Solar file. However, when I run it, there are some windows pop up: permission denied in Tonyplot. How can I fixed this issue.
Actually when I installed the software yesterday, there was hardlock.sys file (null) processing error. However, I still installed the software. Not sure if this is the cause of error in my Windows 10 platform.
