Silvaco TCAD - 3D meshing

Dear all
I am trying to do 3D meshing for my device in Silvaco. Unfortunately, I see that variable meshing can be done only in a plane and then this plane is extended into the 3rd direction with some defined spacing value. How do I do 3 dimensional independent meshing?
