Hello everyone,

I'm doing a simulation of PMOS capacitor by silvaco, I gonna to get
the oxide time-zero dielectric breakdown.

I don't know which model should I choose and what the expected results they are.

PLS help me if you know or give me codes of typical device with TZDB
