Hi All
I am using the Windows Server version of Silvaco Atlas.
I want to run a batch of simulations overnight/week on some structure files (str). The problem is the script will run and constantly overwrite the old files because the filenames names are generic.
Does anyone know how to change the directory Atlas uses to search for the structure file and then make the simulator save the output files in the new directory?
