My circuit is supplied with -5V and 5V power supply. Since I am using rail to rail opamp, the output signal is ranging from around -5V to 5V. The signal needs to go to ADC but the ADC can only read from 0 to 5V. How can I shift the signal to 0 - 5V such that the new base line becomes 2.5V?

simply remove the negative supply and replace it by ground.
if that doesnt work then add a NOT gate to remove the unwanted portion.but the drawback is that signal will be complemented.

In addition to the above suggestions, here is a method using two resistors.

Values are not critical. The output should be fed to a high impedance in the following stage.

It will create a small current continually flowing back into the source. The source must be able to sink this current.
