Please let me know that what type of circuit I use for signal conditioning for ADC.

for example: if 220VAC input change 0-220v to output of that circuit should be change
accordingly i.e 0-5v.

And another question is that how to attain linearity of signal conditioning circuit with 10-bit ADC input.

10-bit ADC ==> 2^10
==> 1024
========
5V/1024 ==> 4.88mV

NOTE: The input voltage is AC 220V.

. It depends on your sampling rate. ADC is linear but your detector is not.
Do you want to only track changes in Vac over long term or short term interruptions or do statistics Avearage & deviations ?

Choices:
quasi RMS with Peak, P-p or rectified average

I would use LPF Noise filter and rectified average with another LPF.

200Hz LPF before bridge and then after a bridge again 200Hz LPF
n.b. not just cap for peak.

Convert AVERAGE to RMS using calibrated meter or using 2/rt2.

This is how all DMMs work assuming sinewave correction only.

For disturbances , transient voltages and brown outs. a different method is needed, if desired.

Dear SunnySkyguy, Thank you for reply,

I want to track only changes in Vac and display it.
