Hi to all,
I'm developing power detector at high frequency (K-Band) with Shottky zero bias diodes, with wanted tangential sensitivity (TTS) of -50/40 dBm (matched at a single frequency).
In order to enhance the voltage sensitivity (VSS) of the detector I was thinking about using the transimpedance amplifier (MAX4206), which are mainly used with photodiodes.
I had some dubt about the biasing coming from the amplifier...
Someone has experience about that?
