Settling time plot of transfer function using MATLAB

Hi, I am beginner so have little idea about MATLAB. But I needed "Settling Time" vs "b" plot of the transfer function attached in this thread.
variable "b" ranges from 3 to 6 for a = 3,4,5.
Could anybody suggest me how can I do this using MATLAB.

Please help me as its very urgent for me...

first give the transfer function as input then do as the following website mentioned..

if you need any commands you can see in matlab.. itself
