set_driving_cell is use in prelayout or postlayout ?
Please expalin in details
Thanks

it doesn't matter...... you should use set_driving_cell in prelayout .sdc file and it can be used in the future runs in postlayout runs..... there is no point changing it for prelayout or postlayout

set_driving_cell is used to define the Input port transition time, which will be same throughout the PD flow.
