set DTR to low.... timed out

I use Tibbo Virtual Serial Port Manager. I have some error:

COM6(ERROR): "on-the-fly" command for 192.168.0.7 - set DTR to low... timed out

any suggestions?

Added after 2 minutes:

I use Tibbo VSP Manager with device Hexin 2108e serial device server. Any other virtual com port software?
