Hello guys, new here! I have a question about the real frequency it takes for a servo motor (that goes from 0 to 180 degrees) to operate. I am using the "old" op amp method with an oscillator for the PWM (pulse-width modulation). The reason I ask is that normally, this servo, like most others, requires a pulse every 20ms, or frequency of 50Hz. I currently have around 55Hz and i cannot go further down else the triangle pulse vanishes. Will it still work with the servo (I ordered it but didn't receive it yet) or do I have to redesign my whole oscillator?! It has to work pretty great, cause I'm working with vascular prostheses for a research project in a hospital.

Thanks guys and have a good day,

Jeff

It's alright! I received the servo and it worked fine. I guess the frequency is not that big of a deal.
