I have a DMES8G-03, but i dont know how to control it, it is continous rotation type and is used in photocopier,

below is the pic, anybody have an idea ?

four wires

2yellow , 1red and 1black

one yellow wire is isolated from other wires

The black should be ground while red is +V.
The other wires must have something to do with the feedback circuit.
I searched the Internet for this model number and found this post :


The author says that the servo uses a "magnetic revolution pick up" sensor on the shaft.
Please try to find some info about it.

I can asure you, that a microcontroller won't be enough to make it work.
You'll need a power stage circuit also.
 

By power stage, you mean a driver circuit ?

with a mosfet like IRF ?
 

Yes.
A single PWM controlled MOSFET for rotation in one direction or an H bridge if you want to make it spin in 2 directions.
