Server Migration and the question of database

Hey guys, I dunno where to post this question, so i am posting it in Programming section as it is related to IT and DBMS.
I need to migrate all server pages from **broken link removed** to **broken link removed**.
I have access to the server. Now openwiki software is a bit confusing one.
I have an idea that i need to download all the pages and folders from ServerA.. But how about the Database.. of the server pages?? How should i do that?
Moreover, one of the features of Open wiki is that we can edit the page by double clicking.. will this feature be conserved?

If anyone can help me.. That'd be really great..
