I am planning a phased array who is series fed.
So i have multiple patches and i need to their impedance so like in voltage divider to plan the feeding of them.
First i want to calculate one patch antenna input impedance.
So i use Z12 Z21 which are symmetric and Z22.
ZL is the line impedance which is Zref of port 1 (it may be confusion the port on the load is port 1) .i input into the formula template in CST .
The question is given the input impedance i see from port2 when i go back and try to measure the input impedance of the previos patch.

Will the input impedance i calculated now be the Z LOAD on the new patch calculation?
Also how theoretically patch antenna change its input impeddance as a function of its dimentions?
Thanks.
