dear i have sevral equipments connected to a central receiver Hardware.
Every equipment has different data formate.
the problem I am facing is that how to isolate every equipment form central Hardware receiver.
Three line isolation required.
Is there any method that can isolate atleast grounds of every equipment.

What is the hardware standard used in your communication? RS485, RS232, RS422 or whatever?

There are plenty of isolation devices available for the different standards.

Do you want to make these isolators yourself, or buy a standard product?

How many of the signals are in use in your RS232 connections? If you only use RxD, TxD, and GND the isolation hardware is very simple.

How many RS232 channels do you need?
Do you need a three way isolation, or is all RS232 lines going into the same sentral hardware?

BTW: The ADM3251E is a good choice for this application.

Dear I think MAX250,1,2 is a good option.

If you guest need isolation for the purpose of surge and error generation, its a good option.

these MAX IC's provide you isolation from outer surges.
