Sounds like you have little knowledge of either, correct ? Trying to program 2 different micros from scratch is not an easy task; let alone talk to each other. Are you using hardware or is it just a simulation exercise. I cannot help you with the AT coding, if you search this forum you will find many examples of Pic16F serial / Usart coms.
